Accommodation and Lunches
Accommodation will be allocated at one of two colleges, Robinson and Selwyn, both of which are a very short walk from the conference presentation venues.
There are three choices of college bedroom styles on offer:
- En-suite single bedrooms: these rooms have private bathrooms
- Standard single bedrooms: these rooms share a bathroom with one other bedroom
- Twin rooms: these rooms have private bathrooms
Smoking is not permitted in any bedrooms.
All bedrooms have internet access via an ethernet network. Delegates will need to provide their own laptop computer and ethernet cable, then use the College wired internet connections. Ethernet cables can be purchased from the Porters’ Lodge.
Some rooms are situated on the ground floor and many bedrooms and most other areas of the Colleges are accessible by lift. It might be helpful for delegates to take into consideration that a number of rooms are located on upper floors which are accessible only by between one and five flights of stairs. Accessible or ground floor rooms will be allocated to delegates who let us know that they have special access requirements.
You will be able to check into your room from 1400 on your day of arrival and must vacate the room by 0900 on your day of departure. Arrangements can be made to store luggage.
Lunches
Conference lunches, which must be booked and paid for in advance, are available at Robinson College which is a short walk away from the main conference venues. Lunch bookings can be made on the accommodation bookings pages.
