Exhibition
The SCES 2011 cordially invites you to Cambridge, UK from 29th of August till 3rd of September. UK. This conference is dedicated to 100 years of Superconductivity and will cover a breadth of topics in the area of strongly correlated systems. The correlated electronic and magnetic materials to be featured include f-electron based heavy fermion intermetallics, d-electron based transition metal compounds, and organic solids. Nanoscale structures and ultracold atoms in optical lattices, topological insulators, ferroics and multiferroics. The conference will be a large global event with an expected attendance of more than 600 scientists.
Therefore SCES ’11 will be an excellent opportunity for your company or institution to present its products, services, techniques, know-how and latest innovations to a sophisticated audience sharply focused on this market and to exchange ideas and experiences with them.
For maximum exposure the SCES 2011 exhibition booths will be located in the area where the daily refreshments will be available and where the conference poster sessions will be held. This guarantees a constant flow of visitors to your booth throughout the exhibition days.
The exhibition will be opened at the welcome party of the conference in the evening of 29th August. The full exhibition days will be 30th, 31st August, and 2nd September.

The total number of booths is limited to 10. We will operate on a first come first served basis.

The rental booth consists of the following elements and services:
- Booth space : 3m (wide) x 2m (deep) Reception desk and two chairs
- Standard electric connection - one outlet 220 V / max 1000 W
- Additional services at the booth can be provided through prior arrangement. Please contact the Exhibition Committee to discuss your individual requests.
Exhibition fee
The spatial arrangement of the venue means some exhibition booths are more prominently positioned than others. Booths 1, 2, and 3 are positioned next to the main venue entrance opposite the conference registration desk; Booths 4 to 10 are located further along the foyer and are hence not as prominently placed. (Please refer to the plan for the exhibition area.) The fees for the exhibition booths are:
Booths 1, 2, and 3: £2,000 each.
Booths 4 to 10: £1,500 each.
Exhibition space allocation
Exhibition space allocation will be made on a first-come-first-served basis once you have registered for the exhibition by contacting the Exhibition Committee with your
- Company Name
- Brief Company Introduction (not more than 50 words)
- Contact Details, and
- Exhibition booth position preference.
The space allocation will be confirmed after the full payment is received.
